JAMMU, Apr 26: PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, J&K chapter, in collaboration with Transport Nagar Welfare Association, organized an interaction meeting with Divisional Commissioner Jammu Shantmanu and Vice-Chairperson JDA Sushma Chauhan.
During the meeting, the PHDCCI and Association members highlighted the issues such as poor condition of roads, choked drains, sanitation, transfer of property, establishment of new Sulabh toilets, removal of encroachments and creation of parking lots in Jammu.
The JDA VC informed that the Development Authority has commenced digitations of records from Transport Nagar itself and the entire process is likely to be completed within next 20 days. This would substantially reduce the time of transfer of property, issuance of NOC etc, she added.
The Divisional Commissioner announced sanction of High Mast Lights, repair of roads and drainage.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks.
Earlier, chairman PHDCCI, Vikrant Kuthiala along with president Sarabjeet Singh presented a welcome address while Rahul Sahni moderated the function.
