JAMMU, Nov 1: Players displayed composure and showed promise and grit to enter the pre-quarterfinals of Junior Snooker District Championship in the ongoing 23rd Jammu District Junior and Senior Billiards and Snooker Championship, being organized by J&K Billiards and Snooker Association at MA Stadium, here.
Earlier, Mandeep Singh toppled Aman Sharma (2-1)by(63-36,26-61, 63-34), while Kunal Jamwal got better of Sidharth Jamwal (2-0), Ragun Choudhary outplayed Divya Pratap (2-0), Rajat Gandral prevailed over Akshay Sharma (2-0),Aditya Sharma prevailed over Sahil (2-1), Rohit Sharma beat Amarjeet Singh (2-1), Arjun Singh trounced Ananya Mahajan (2-0), Danish Gupta beat Ishan Singh (2-1), Aman Choudhary trounced Samarth Amla (2-0), Vasu dev Singh beat Mohit Khajuria (2-0) and Rohit Chib outplayed Akshay Kumar (2-0).
Marker Rakesh Sharma conducted the matches, while the matches are being held under the supervision of organizing committee headed by Jaideep, Gurjeev Singh and Sohail Khalid.
