JAMMU, Dec 4: The students of Playway Senior Secondary School, Pounichak brought laurels to the School by winning 31 medals in the 9th Inter-School Taekwondo Championship-2014, being organized by Rakwal Taekwondo Club, under the supervision of J&K Taekwondo Association.
The students participated in the Championship, under the supervision of Anita (School Coordinator) and Ranjan Jamwal (Instructor). The gold medalists included Naresh Kumar, Danish Kumar and Aayana Ambardar, while the silver medals went to Gunjan Sharma, Nitin Sharma, Sumit Sharma, Gagandeep Singh, Sameer Sharma, Vikrant Singh and Mahesh Sharma. The remaining students got bronze medals.
Mrs Ambardar, Principal of the School lauded the efforts of the winners for this achievement.
