Unemployment is one of the serious concerns in our state .No doubt,central as well as state govt is doing its best to provide ample employment opportunities to the youth of the state but unfortunately some govt departments and semi govt. organizations do not conduct exams or interviews in time and delay the recruitment process affecting the future of number of aspirants.Delay becomes justified when the exams or interviews are postponed due to some unavoidable circumstances.The more astonishing fact is that some posts advertised are never filled up and neither the fee paid by the aspirants is refunded nor any notification with regard to cancellation or withdrawal of posts is issued by the concerned department.These departments are accountable for the money collected by them in the nature of application fee .Aspiring candidates prepare but with the passage of time loose enthusiasm and interest when exams are not conducted as per schedule.
