Sir,
I humbly seek to draw attention of the Director School Education Jammu(DSEJ) towards the following humble submissions.
That, there are many lecturers, Sr. lecturers and Masters who were either elevated as I/C lecturers/masters and adjusted/posted/transferred from their home districts/migrant schools to other frontier districts of Leh, Kargil, Rajouri, Reasi and Poonch etc. more than two years ago and have completed their respective tenures and are due for transfer back from these frontier districts to their home districts/migrant schools but thier transfer order have not been issued till date and some have reportedly been transferred from Leh/Kargil districts and were directed to report to DSE,Jammu for further adjustment but have not been adjusted as yet reportedly.
It is worthwhile to mention it here that most of these lecturers/Sr. lecturers and masters etc. have already served twice/once in these frontier districts of Leh/Kargil and Rajouri etc. and most of them are above the age of 55 years and some of them are facing lot of hardships on account of various personal ill health conditions or ill health conditions of their family members and they do deserve to be transferred and adjusted in their home Districts/Jammu and the migrant employees in the migrant schools and not in the migrant cell but unfortunately the transfer orders have not been issued till today when the acedaemic session 2016-2017 is over and the academic session 2017-18 has commenced.
Therefore, keeping the humble submissions and facts in view, a fervant plea is made to the Director School Education Jammu to kindly issue the transfer/adjustment orders of the above mentioned lecturers/Sr. lecturers / masters at an earliest so that the precious time of the students is saved and due justice is done to these employees.
