Plea to Governor

Sir,
The migrant promotee masters want to draw the  attention of the Governor of J&K State  N N Vohra towards the following a few lines:
That vide order No. 928-DSEK of dated 30-03-2013, 1500 teachers  were promoted as I/c Masters and there are about 120 migrant teachers who have been elevated as I/c masters. Most of these migrant promotee masters are serving in migrant  camp schools and their services are utilized for teaching +2 classes in absence of lecturers as these promotee masters are mostly postgraduates. These officials are at their milddle age living in migration for the last 23 years and supporting ailing old aged parents and young  immature  kids in deplorable conditions. Among 120 migrant promotee masters the Government has so far adjusted only 20 teachers in the migrant schools.
It is a  request to the Governor of J&K State to adjust the remaining 100 promotee masters in camp schools at various locations in Jammu so that these masters donot suffer from further dislocation and be able to support their parents who are at an advanced and precarious age and secondly the functioning of migrant camp schools does not suffer.
Yours etc….
Ramesh Chander Pandita
on behalf of migrant promotee
Masters.
