This is to draw the attention of Kendriya Vidyalayas authorities that some students reading in KV schools of the State are eligible for some benefits under Right To Education (RTE) Act-2009. But the same have not been given to these students for reasons best known to the authorities.
The new academic session has started. Classes are going on. Students who do not come under this ambit have purchased books and are reading while those who fall under RTE ambit have not been provided new books from the market and other items so far.
Besides, reimbursement of bills submitted to the authorities have not been cleared. It is an embarrassing situation for both the children and their parents and in turn will affect the studies of children.
It is requested that these students be provided all benefits as per RTE Act 2009 without further delayed.
