Sir,
We the female, married, regularized 3rd/ReT teachers of J&K School Education Department want to request the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, DyCM who is also the Minister of School Education to please take some concrete and result oriented steps towards modification of transfer policy of those female 3rd/ReT teachers who are regularized and married away from their home districts, education zones as they are not able to dwell as per established socio-religious norms due to the nature of their postings. The nature of job hampers their familial duties and obligations and creates a rift in their immediate family life which results in broken homes.
Therefore, the afore- mentioned are requested to do the needful, so that we heave a sigh of relief.
