RAJOURI, Jan 28: A month long plumbing cadre organized by Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, under Uniform Force in collaboration with Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Development Institutes Jammu for the unemployed youth hailing from the remote and border areas of tehsil Nowshera commenced today at Jhangar.
A total of 22 unemployed youth from villages of Saryah, Mangala, Bhawani, Kalsian and Lam are participating in the cadre.
During the cadre, the participating youth will be imparted training on theoretical and practical aspects on plumbing skills and will also be familiarized with basic tools and latest equipment being used for plumbing work.
The participants will also be provided financial guidance for finding jobs and financial assistance for starting own ventures.
The certificates awarded on successful completion of the cadre will assist the individuals in obtaining jobs easily in Government and semi Government institutions.
