Plus-2 Forum demands implementation of 7th Pay Commission

JAMMU, July 3: Monthly  meeting of All J&K Plus-2 Lecturers’ Forum was held today under the chairmanship of Deepak Sharma, working president, to discuss various issues concerning the Plus-2 community.
Deepak Sharma appealed  Chief Minister   Mehbooba Mufti to consider implementation of 7th Pay Commission report in favour of State Government employees at the earliest and also demanded grant of HRA at equal rates throughout the State to reduce the unnecessary pressure of postings/transfers in capital cities of Jammu & Srinagar.
Speakers stressed upon achieving the benefit of Running Grade Pattern to remove the worst type of stagnation in service of the Plus-2 community. N S  Jamwal,  urged the authorities to expedite the process of regularization of all the Incharge incumbents of the Plus-2 Cadre which has been pending for years together.
Speakers urged Director School Education Jammu to affect transfers strictly in accordance with the Transfer Policy.
