JAMMU, Mar 29: All Jammu and Kashmir Plus 2 Officers Association today appealed the Lieutenant Governor and School Education Department to issue necessary orders for the regularisation, promotion and adjustments of all Officers cadre at an earliest as many posts of the Chief Education Officers’ (CEOs) and Principals’ are lying vacant.
It was stated by office bearers of the Association during the emergent meeting held through video conferencing under the presidentship of Dr PP Raina.
All the participants felt that even after Cabinet decision, SAC nod and forming of Human Resource Management Group, the department has still not issued regularization list of all officer cadre.
The Association also stressed upon the concerned to issue transfer orders of the genuine cases including females and medical board and adjustment of promoted Lecturers who have been waiting for their adjustments since long time.
The Association also discussed other important issues like Assured Career Progression (ACP) for Plus 2 cadre, Senior Lecturers should be posted as Zonal Education Officers, all the posts of JKBOSE should be filled up from the School Education Department, in service quota for appointment of Assistant Professor in the colleges and sanction of higher start to M.Phil and PhD degree holders.
Meanwhile, the Association assured the Government that it is stand with the government in this difficult time of lockdown and ready to donate as per the instructions of the govt.
The members who gave their online suggestions included Rajeev Kumar Sharma, Narinder Kumar Sharma, Dr Sanjew Kumar Pandita, Surinder Kumar, Kasturi Lal, Sanjeev Kumar, Kapil Banotra, Pritam Lal , Prem Pal Verma, Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, Suresh Raina, Balwant Kumar , Mohan Lal, Zakir Mohd, Kewal Krishan Sharma, Ved Parkash, Ram Lal, Kishore Kumar, Subash Sharma and others.
