PM Modi takes mother’s blessings before oath ceremony in Gujarat

GANDHINAGAR, Dec 26:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday took blessings from his mother Heeraben Modi, before taking part in the swearing-in ceremony of the BJP Government in Gujarat for the sixth consecutive time.
Mr Modi organised a mini roadshow after landing at Ahmedabad Airport and after that he went to Raisan of Gandhinagar, where he met his 98-year-old mother Heeraben Modi, who lives with his younger brother Pankaj Modi’s family and took her blessings.
After spending sometime with her, he reached the Raj Bhavan and then went to the secretariat ground for the swearing-in ceremony. Vijay Rupani took oath as the Chief Minister and Nitin Patel as the Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat.
Chief Minister and ministers of all 18 states ruled by NDA, including Nitish Kumar, Yogi Adityanath, Devendra Fannavis, Vasundhara Raje Scindia, Manohar Parikkar, Raman Singh, Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi, Dinesh Sharma, Union Minister Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari etc and L K Advani, Shankar Singh Vaghela were present at the occasion.
