NEW DELHI, Dec 23: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today paid tributes to Jat leader Chaudhary Charan Singh on his 112th birth anniversary, describing him as a mass leader who dedicated his life to the welfare of farmers and the poor. “A tall mass leader, who dedicated his life to the welfare of farmers and the poor, I salute Chaudhary Charan Singh ji on his birth anniversary”, Mr Modi added.
