JAMMU, Feb 14: Dozens of youth joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) during a function held at Pt Prem Nath Dogra Bhawan, Kacchi Chawni here, today.
Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and J&K BJP vice president, Yudhvir Sethi was the chief guest of the function organized by Vinay Sharma, BJP district president; Praveen Kerni, Mandal president; Vipan Sharma and Rajinder Gupta general secretaries, East Mandal. Pawan Kumar, Anil Kumar and Pankaj Kumar were also present on the occasion.
Yudhvir Sethi while welcoming the new entrants into party fold, said they took a wise decision to join BJP. He said that they have come to the right party and advised them never to give up the intention to selflessly serve the masses and the nation as ‘Sewa Parmo Dharma’ is the motto of this party that has resulted in its success across the nation with more and more people are joining it with each passing day. He said that their joining is the proof that the masses are rejecting the opportunistic politics played by other parties in the erstwhile State of Jammu and Kashmir and are getting attracted to BJP to serve the masses selflessly in a mission mode.
He said that he is quite confident that all the new entrants will dedicatedly serve the people while ensuring their outreach up to the grass roots level. He asserted that the joining of the new entrants today and hereafter will undoubtedly further strengthen the BJP in this sensitive UT.
Yudhvir said that the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has set up the best example of selfless public service and the whole BJP cadre reaches out to masses following the dynamic PM’s footsteps in letter and spirit. He advised the new entrants to work with great zeal and enthusiasm in their respective areas to further strengthen the party.
Vinay Sharma, district president BJP, while speaking on the occasion, said that the joining by the new entrants proves that the BJP has gained trust from all quarters of society. He further said that party has high hopes that the newly joined leader will serve the nation and party following all principles of organization.
