Being a mountain rallyist, it was a challenging experience driving in the Thar Desert for the first time. The terrain of India Baja was challenging and exciting at the same time. Thanks to the rugged Polaris Sportsman ATV which had a sharp handling capability with good rough-terrain stability, made it easier to finish this grueling rally giving tough competition to the fellow rallyists,” said Taufeeq Mughal.
Taufeeq while addressing media said that J&K has a huge potential of riders and rally drivers.
He requested the Governor and the Tourism Department to organize such type of events to explore J&K viz Leh and Kargil.
He also urged Tourism Department and Traffic Police Department not to entertain any clubs or events which are not register with Federation of Motor Sports Clubs of India (FMSCI) as they are risking participant’s life and earning money illegally.
