JAMMU, Oct 17: Police today registered a First Information Report (FIR) against Bhola Nath for hatching a conspiracy to bury human skeletons in the `Ashram’ of Asaram at Bhagwati Nagar to confirm his statement given in the national media that three children had been killed and buried in the `Ashram’.
Bhola Nath, a resident of Jaipur, Rajasthan, presently putting up at Mumbai, has been booked in FIR No. 168 of 2013 under Sections 194, 195, 383, 120-B, 295 and 295-A.
Police said Bhola Nath had asked a youth Vikrant Sharma alias Vicky of Jammu on the telephone to bury some human skeletons in the `Ashram’ of Asaram at Bhagwati Nagar so that police exhumed them and he was able to confirm his statement made before the national media on killing and burial of three children in the ‘Ashram’.
Police said Vikrant Sharma had recorded the speech of Bhola Nath on his mobile telephone and produced the CD of the speech before a Court, which directed Nowabad police yesterday to investigate the CD and act accordingly.
As the CD was found genuine, police today registered a case against Bhola Nath and would be sending teams to various places to arrest him.
Worthwhile to mention that Bhola Nath had made a claim before a national news channel that he had the evidence of killing of three children and their burial in the `Ashram’.
Police had asked Bhola Nath on telephone to visit Jammu to identify the spot of killing and burial of the children. However, he didn’t turn up and switched off his telephone though he appeared before another news channel a day before. He was not taking calls of Jammu Police.
Police said they would  conduct raids at different States to arrest Bhola Nath.
