KATHUA, July 1: Police under Civic Action Program (CAP) dedicated gymnasium to the people especially youth section of the society.
DySP Shivender Singh inaugurated the gymnasium at Bhaddu, tehsil Billawar in presence of Inspector Susheel Sharma, SHO Billawar, Nirantar Sharma Sarpanch Bhaddu, Sham Lal Sapolia Sarpanch Phinter, Sandeep Gupta President Youth Development Bhaddu including other respectable persons of the area.
SDPO Basohli while addressing the people advised the youth to keep themselves away from drug menace. He also alert people about the present security scenario keeping in view of Shri Amarnath ji yatra and asked them to share any suspicious activities with police to avoid any untoward situation.
The step was taken under the directions of SSP Kathua Neeva Jain to strengthen police-public relations for better deliverance of policing and allied services.
