SRINAGAR, Mar 26: Police today foiled a bid by the militants to loot a bank in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
Militants appeared at the Bugam Branch of Jammu and Kashmir Bank in Kulgam and tried to loot the money.
However, the alert security personnel on duty foiled the attempt and forced robbers to flee from the spot.
Security forces have launched manhunt to nab the perpetrators.
