RAJOURI, Mar 2: A colorful cultural event was organized in connection with annual day celebration of Police Public School (PPS) Rajouri in District Police Line.
On the occasion, Deputy Inspector General of Police Rajouri Poonch Range Danish Rana was chief guest.
Students presented various cultural items, which was highligly appreciated by the audience.
The programme was also attended by Superintendent of Police Mubassir Latifi along with Deputy Superintendent of Police Operations Ayaz Sheikh, Superintendent of Police Headquarter along with Principal Police Public School, staff and parents of the students.
Speaking on the occasion, Danish Rana lauded the role of administration for organizing such an impressive programme. He said that Police has opened this school at range level but the same will be opened in every district very soon.
He said that the PPS is being given new building in the Police Lines and there will be new facilities for the students. He appreciated the students for taking part in various events and also lauded for the academic standard of the institution.
Later, all meritorious students were given certificate of appreciation and gifts.
