SRINAGAR, Nov 7: J&K Police Public School, Srinagar, celebrated its Annual Day with the theme Importance of Grandparents, paying tribute to the vital role grandparents play in guiding young minds. The event was graced by chief guest Snehal Vijay Kumar, Senior Member of JK Police Wives Welfare Association (JKPWWA), along with Sujit Kumar Singh, IGP Security and other JKPWWA members.
Students presented heartfelt performances, showcasing their love and respect for grandparents through plays, dances, and songs. Festive stalls added a lively touch to the day, delighting guests, especially the honoured grandparents.
School Principal Snigdha Singh Chauhan welcomed the gathering, emphasizing the wisdom grandparents bring to young lives. Vice Principal Pragati Pandey extended thanks to participants and guests. The event concluded with awards for academic excellence and performance participation, making it a memorable tribute to family bonds and shared values.
