SAMBA, July 29: Police alongwith help of complainant namely Sukhdev Singh resident of Khanwal, Samba has managed to trace out the missing ornaments which were reportedly missing on the intervening night of July 9, 2013 and for which case under FIR No 139/2013 u/s 457/380 RPC was registered at P/S Samba.
Israr Khan, IPS, SSP Samba, personally visited the spot and after thorough investigation came to conclusion that no outside hand can be suspected in the missing of said ornaments after which the Police started exerting the pressure on the complainant to search his own house thoroughly.
Yesterday, the complainant reported the police that the ornaments have been found lying at some other place in the house and that he wanted to withdraw his complaint of theft. He also got his statement recorded before the Magistrate to withdraw his theft case.
