JAMMU, May 4: The Jammu-Rajouri-Poonch 2×2 Deluxe Bus Union today unanimously elected new chairman and framed new Managing Committee of the organization.
The general body meeting in this connection was held here today under the presidentship of Mohinder Singh. Naresh Bakshi was unanimously elected as chairman of the Bus Union. Abdul Rehman had proposed the name of Mr Bakshi for the post.
Later, the president announced the new Managing Committee. Abdul Rehman, R K Gupta, Romesh Gupta and Inderjeet Singh were nominated as senior vice presidents, Ashok Anand as vice chairman, Vikas Gupta, Ifran Yousuf, Charanjeet Singh and Bashrat Hussain as vice presidents, Manmeet Singh, Ashwani Sharma and Raju Gupta as advisors, Sushil Kapoor as general secretary, Ved Parkash Ahuja and Ram Krishan Sharma as secretaries, Pardeep Kapoor publicity secretary, Kuldip Singh cashier while Rakesh Suri as assistant cashier.
