JAMMU, Apr 10: Gulshan Kumar Sharma, son of Kamla Devi and Paras Ram Sharma has qualified the Indian Forest Service (IFS) Examination the result of which was declared by UPSC few days back by getting 17th rank.
Sharma a resident of remote village of Julas in tehsil Haveli of Poonch district has also qualified KAS in 2010 and he is presently working as BDO Balakote, Poonch. A veterinary graduate Sharma has qualified his BVSC from SKUAST Jammu. He has got his basic education from Government Higher Secondary School Poonch.
