JAMMU, July 20: Government Degree College Nowshera today organised inter-collegiate poster making competition on the topic ‘Safety measures during COVID-19 pandemic’ in which various students of different colleges of Jammu division participated.
First position was shared by Ramneek Kour of GDC Nowshera and Biranjot Kour of GCW Gandhi Nagar Jammu while 2nd position was shared by Nishma Jamwal and Astha Bharti of GDC, RS Pura and Sonali Sharma of GDC Sunderbani.
Prince Singh of GDC Nowshera, Anamika Sharma of KC College of Education Jammu and Manik Kumar of University of Jammu shared 3rd position.
The event was adjudged by Prof Atal Bharti of GDC Nowshera, Prof Jaspal Singh of GDC, Pouni and Dr Harbhajan Singh of GDC, Nowshera.
College Principal, Dr Surinder Kumar appreciated the students for spreading the message ‘Stay Home, Stay Safe’. The event was organized by Prof Gurjeet Singh, Programme Officer of NSS unit.
