JAMMU, May 30: Technical official of national repute in the disciplines of Skating and field Hockey, P P Singh of Jammu and Kashmir has been nominated as member of the New Delhi based Jawaharlal Nehru Hockey Tournament Society.
The Society has been engaged in the promotion and development of the game of Hockey since 1964 by holding competitions in different age groups of boys and girls as also for those top Indian hockey playing universities on annual basis.
Besides the main tournament, which attracts not only the leading teams from within the country but also foreign teams as a regular basis, the society has been holding Junior (U-17) and Sub-Junior (U-15).
