JAMMU, June 5: Shri Alakh Sahiba Trust today celebrated Prakash Utsav of Shree Sharika, Alakhishwari Mata Shree Roop Bhawani at Mata Shree Roop Bhawani Lane, Talab Tillo.
The Prakash Utsav was celebrated in a simple way by adhering to present official guidelines and only few select members participated in the Puja.
The devotees were asked to perform Puja at their home and not to visit temple. The event was covered live by Radio Maej Kashir.
A handout claimed that the Prakash Utsav was also celebrated across the globe using digital platform. Representatives of various social, religious and cultural organizations greeted and enlightened devotees using internet and digital platforms.
Puja was held at Janam Sthan of Mata Shree Roop Bhawani at Dedmar, Safa Kadal, Srinagar. Everyone prayed to Mata Alakhishwari and sought her blessings to relieve the humanity from Covid-19 pandemic.
