Jammu, June 2 : President Ram Nath Kovind today directed Lt Governor of Ladakh RK Mathur to exercise the powers & discharge the functions of the appropriate Government under Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 in the UT to curb ponzi schemes and unregulated deposits.
A notificaiton to this effect was issued today by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs.
