SAMBA, Jan 30: Neeta Rawal, the Principal of Army Public School (APS) BD Bari, has been conferred with the prestigious Kalam Memorial Teacher’s Award 2025 at a ceremony held at the India International Centre (IIC) in Lodhi Estate, New Delhi. The award recognizes educators who have shown exceptional leadership, innovative teaching, and dedication to fostering the growth of responsible global citizens.
Each year, the Kalam Memorial Teacher’s Award celebrates Principals and Teachers who have made a significant impact on education, creating a positive influence on students and the community. Neeta Rawal was nominated for her remarkable contributions to education, including her pioneering teaching methods, strong ethical standards, and a track record of significant achievements in her field. The rigorous selection process included interviews and Rawal was one of only 20 educators chosen from across the country to receive this honour.
In addition to her role as Principal, Rawal’s ongoing commitment to the educational community and her efforts to nurture young minds have made her a respected leader in the field of education.
