SRINAGAR, June 8: Prof. Riyaz Punjabi, former Vice Chancellor of the University of Kashmir, called on N. N. Vohra, Governor, at the Raj Bhavan, here this evening.
The Governor discussed with Prof. Punjabi, who is the President, International Centre for Peace Studies, a New Delhi based research organization, several issues relating to the strengthening and enlarging higher education in J&K.
