Protest against wine shops

Sir,
It was a good decision of the  court that wine shops at the National Highways be shifted to nearby interlinks and 31st December 2015 was the dead last date.
The wine shops mafia has begun to open their shops at the prime locations in the localities. At a number of places, protests by the citizens especially women  forced the administration to change  the decisions. Likewise, one more winshop is being opened at Fowara Chowk Greater Kailash, Jammu which is a clear violation of guidelines of Excise Department. At the prime location of the colony there are schools and temples within 50 meters radius. Besides seeking NOC from the adjoining residents of the area is a clear cut violation of the norms. It is a matter of grave concern that concerning officers of Excise Deptt. are so negligent about the facts. This matter needs a thorough enquiry.
I would like to request the Govt as well as DC Jammu to look into this matter by initiating enquiry against erring officials so that in future it may be avoided for the betterment of peace loving good citizens.
Yours etc…
