JAMMU, Nov 20: Talented batsmen Shubham Singh Pundir and Paras Sharma slammed centuries for Jammu and Kashmir in a drawn CK Nayudu Under-23 Trophy match against Goa.
J&K scored 393 runs in their first innings against Goa’s 398 runs. Skipper Pundir scored marathon 194 runs, while Paras hit superb 143 runs.
Goa were 25/2 in their second essay at the draw of stumps on the final day today. Jatin Wadhawan took both the wickets to fall in second innings, while Momin Mansoor was the standout bowler in the first innings.
