Punjab wrestler Bhupinder lifts 2nd Annual Bhalwal Kesari title

JAMMU, Nov 20: Wrestler Bhupinder of Ajanala, Punjab lifted 2nd Annual Bhalwal Kesari title, organized by Bhalwal Dangal Committee in association with J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association at Katra.
In the 1st bout Bhupinder beat wrestler Sanjay Singh of Guru Hanuman Akhara Delhi. The second main bout was fought between wrestler Yodha of Attati and wrestler Kalu of Bishnah, in which Yodha emerged winner. The 3rd bout was fought between wrestler Kaka of RS Pura and wrestler Vicky of Amritsar. This bout ended in a draw after a tight fight, which lasted for 19 minutes.
Treasurer, Indian Style Wrestling Association of India and President J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association, Shiv Kumar Sharma was the chief guest on the occasion who distributed cash prizes among the winners and runner-ups in presence of Chairman, J&K Democratic Party, Anil Gupta, Naib Tehsildar Mohd Mazid, BMO Ashok Kumar, BDO Ajiaz Quaser, SHO Rattan Singh, treasurer, J&K Indian  Style Wrestling Association Prithivi Raj Sharma, Sarpanch Subash Chander Sharma, Sarpanch Babishan  Singh and Asgar Ali.
The bouts were officiated by Raj Dev Singh, Dr Maqbool Masshi, Jatinder Singh, Nazir Ahmed, Mohd Fareed, Ramesh Chander, Naresh Kumar Sharma, and Sarpanch Shamsher Singh.
