JAMMU, Sept 3: Abdul Qayoom Chechi has been nominated as district president, Kupwara and Choudary Mohd Aslam Dedar, district president Baramulla after removal of the earlier district presidents who failed to perform their assigned duties of the Gujjar Maha Sabha.
Abdul Qayoom Chechi retired from Army and Ch Mohd Aslam Dedar retired from the Department of Education as Principal.
Eshfaq-ur-Rehman Poswal, the State president of the Bhartiya Gujjar Maha Sabha while nominating the above officials said that the organization is committed to admit people who can reach the poor and down trodden members of the community.
