TS7 Lawn Tennis C’ship

JAMMU, Feb 7: On the third day of the TS7 Lawn Tennis Championship at Maulana Azad Stadium, quarterfinal and semi-final matches were played in boy’s and girl’s categories here today.
There were four quarterfinal matches played in boys categories in which the results were Hardeep Singh Soodan beat Dixit by (8-1), Aahan Bhat beat Abhyam Verma by (8-0), Abhirath Thappa beat Vinamr Gupta by (8-0) and Aryan Razdan beat Ranveer Choudhary by (8-1).
In the girls semi-final matches Erin Mir beat Devina Rawlley by (8-4) and Anandita Gurung beat Yagyavee Kunjam by (8-5).
General Secretary Jammu Kashmir Lawn Tennis Association Er B.S Jaggi said the matches are being played as per the norms of All India Tennis Association (AITA) under the supervision of vice president JKLTA, Er Hanumant Singh.
The Championship is being organized by Jammu Kashmir Lawn Tennis Association (JKLTA) in collaboration with J&K Sports Council under the aegis of All India Tennis Association (AITA).
