JAMMU, Sept 13: A Qwan-ki-do Championship, organized by Qwan-ki-do Association of J&K commenced at J&K Sports Council Indoor Sports Complex Bhagwati Nagar, here today.
Ajay Gupta, Chairman Social Justice Committee JMC and Councillor Ward 52 was invited as guest of honour along with Pooja Chouhan, BJP media secretary, Aman Gupta, coach Atul Magotra and other members of the Association.
Many senior coaches and athletes took part in this championship along with players from all the districts of J&K, while the competition was taking place over the fully electronic sensor scoring system.
While addressing the gathering the chairman said that programs like these should be done regularly to bring the hidden talent in front and provide them with a stage and said that it is the effort of our Prime Minister who gave boost to the sports culture in India because of which India is achieving big milestones in the sports community.
