Jammu, Aug 7: Zorawar Singh Jamwal, Chairman of Team Jammu and BJP leader inaugurated the R G Fitness Gym and Spa in Rehari Colony today, highlighting the importance of staying drug-free and engaging in sports for nation-building. The state-of-the-art gym, owned by Er. Revant Gupta, a certified trainer with Level 4 and EREPS certification, marks a significant advancement in Jammu’s fitness infrastructure.
The event was attended by notable guests including Vimal Jit, a South Asia medalist, and Anu Bali, a J&K North India gold medallist. Jamwal commended Er. Gupta for his dedication to fitness and his role in using the gym as a tool to combat drug abuse among youth. He supported the gym’s motto, “Hum Fit, India Fit,” and called on the J&K administration to improve sports infrastructure across the state to keep the youth healthy and engaged.
Er. Revant Gupta, a nutrition expert, emphasized a holistic approach to fitness with a wide range of programs including yoga, aerobics, zumba, strength training, body-building, TRX, calisthenics, and aqua aerobics. The expanded 5000 sq.ft facility offers a luxurious fitness experience with modern equipment and personalized training. Jamwal also urged enhanced efforts to tackle drug trafficking and protect the younger generation from the drug menace.
