Rafiaabad Police Premier League inaugurated

SRINAGAR, Apr 22: Police today said it organized a cricket tournament titled ‘Rafiaabad Police Premier League’ in which 64 teams from Sopore area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district are participating.
A police spokesman said the tournament was inaugurated by Superintendent of Police, Harmeet Singh. “Sixty four teams from all over the Sopore are participating in the tournament. The opening match of Rafiaabad Police Premier League was played between Police Lines
Sopore and Saripara at green lush ground Dangiwacha,” he said.
The spokesman said more than 3000 people from all walks of life assembled at the venue to witness the inaugural match of the tournament. “SDPO Rafiaabad and Co-ordinator of Tournament Shabir Khan welcomed all the captains and players,” he said.
