POONCH, July 17: In a move to promote tourism and adventure activities in the border district of Poonch, the district administration has once again launched a rafting campaign this year. The initiative aims to position Poonch as a prime destination for adventure seekers and nature enthusiasts.
The campaign was flagged off by Additional District Development Commissioner Poonch, Sandesh Kumar Sharma. The ADDC said this rafting initiative will undoubtedly boost tourism in Jammu and Kashmir. With the ongoing Budha Amarnath Yatra, visitors will now have the opportunity to experience the thrill of river rafting as well.
The district administration lauded the efforts of GoWild Adventures for their outstanding collaboration and commitment to promoting adventure sports in the region.
