JAMMU, Sept 30: A three day-long Rajinder Magotra Memorial Basketball tournament commenced at Mini Stadium Parade Ground, here today.
Professor Parikshat Singh Manhas, Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education was the chief guest on this occasion who was accompanied by Daud Iqbal Baba, Director, Sports and Physical Education University of Jammu as guest of honour and special guest was Prem Pal Singh (Retd.) Physical Director, former BFI treasurer. There are 16 teams participating in the tournament from local clubs, Army and BSF. The tournament is being organised to pay tribute to SAI Coach Late Rajendra Magotra who passed away two years back.
