JAMMU, Dec 24: Rakesh Kumar Dogra has been appointed as J&K president of youth wing of Lok Janshakti Party.
The appointment was made by Dr Sanjay Saraf, National Youth president of LJP and was publicly announced during a press conference organized today at Press Club, Jammu.
Other office bearers of J&K LJP were also present on the occasion.
