JAMMU, Sept 18: Rakesh Kumar of Jammu and Kashmir UT excelled at the National Senior and Master Unequipped Powerlifting Championship and Bench Press National Championship 2024, held in Sonipat, Haryana. Kumar won one gold medal, two silver medals, and one bronze medal across various categories. His outstanding performance has been applauded by Anuradha Gupta, Controller of Legal Metrology Department, J&K Government.
