JAMMU, Aug 18: Nami Dogri Sanstha-The Art Foundation (R) organised a Rali Mili Kavi Goshti at Sewa Bharti, B C Road, Jammu which was presided by Dr Sheryansh Kumar Jain.
Renowned theatre artist Mahesh Chander Sharma was the chief guest whereas Dr Chanchal Sharma, organizing secretary was the guest of honour. Yash Paul ”Yash” general secretary, NDS-TAF (R) conducted the proceedings.
President, Nami Dogri Sanstha-The Art Foundation(R) Advocate Dogra Harish Kaila welcomed all the participants. Dr Jain appreciated the activities of the Nami Dogri Sanstha for enthusiasm shown by it and its activists for the day to day programmes.
The guest of honour, Dr Chanchal Sharma speaking on the occasion appreciated the role of NDS-TAF(R) for promoting the Art, Culture and Languages whereas renowned Theater Artist Mahesh Sharma said that Nami Dogri Sanstha is doing a lot for the development of the Dogri Language and folklore of the Duggar Pardesh.
Present on occasion included K K Shakir, Shambu Ram ”Pyasa”, K L Dewana, Sham Talib, Raj Sehgal and Rakesh ”Tript”. Dr Chanchal Sharma presented the vote of thanks.
