JAMMU, Dec 29: BJP executive member Narinder Singh Bhau today said that the construction and consecration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya represent a significant milestone in India’s cultural history and is a momentous event for every Indian.
“This momentous event has been possible due to the untiring efforts and unwavering dedication of countless individuals, reflective of the nation’s deep-rooted values and beliefs,” he said during sacred Akshat Kalash Yatra, which was taken out under his leadership in Khour area on outskirts of Jammu.
The Yatra garnered immense participation and enthusiasm from devotees and supporters. It commenced from Kali Mata Temple at Khour Camp in Chhamb Assembly Constituency and after traversing through Mandal Khour Camp, culminated at Shiva Palace, New Bus Stand. The atmosphere was charged with fervor as the participants expressed their delight by singing hymns and patriotic songs, epitomizing the profound love Indians possess for their cultural heritage.
Distinguished individuals who graced the occasion with their presence included ex-MLA Dr Krishan Lal Bhagat, ex-Subedar Major Balbir Singh, ex-Subedar Balwan Singh Chib, Sukdev Singh Bhau, Corporator Subash Singh, Raj Singh Deepak Singh, Davinder Kumar, Harbansh Singh, Joginder Singh, Raghu Raj, Ansh Sharma, Mohit Rajput, Mangal Singh, Bharat Singh, Devinder Sharma, Kalidas Sharma, Sarpanch Geeta, Suman Sharma and Sushma Sharma.
