Jammu, Jan 1: Refuting the allegations, Minister for CAPD & Transport, Choudhary Mohammad Ramzan today reiterated that he doesn’t own or possess any immovable property in Friends Enclave at Humhama Srinagar.
He said, “the complainant has misrepresented the facts that I have grabbed or encroached the State land in the said colony. The facts presented by the complainant in SAC are false and far from truth and the matter is already sub judicious in respect of property owned by relatives before the High Court”.
The Minister said, “in my 30 years political career no one shall claim that I have ever used power for my personal interest in my long political career in which I held high offices also”.
He said that necessary steps are being taken in respect of the proceedings before the State Accountability Commission and further legal proceedings are being contemplated against the concerned for maligning and defaming the reputation, honour & dignity in the estimation of general public.
