Rana for close teacher-parent synergy for upbringing of pre-school children

JAMMU, Aug 29: Describing pre-school activity of toddlers pivotal for their delicate emotional and intellectual development, Provincial President National Conference Jammu Devender Singh Rana on Thursday emphasized the crucial role of teachers or trainers in shaping the destiny of young minds.
“Care and compassion should be the essence of institutions taking up pre-school activity”, Mr Rana said while inaugurating Little Millennium at Gandhi Nagar, second such institution of the highly successful chain of the schools promoted by Educomp, a reputed name in the world of education. This is the second branch of the school in Jammu, first running successfully at Roop Nagar.
Mr Rana said the concept of pre-schooling has gained momentum across the country in recent years and exposure to babies on wider canvass at the very onset of their life places them in good stead in the initial years of schooling. Apart from confidence, they tend to be sociable from very beginning, he observed.
Mr Rana dwelt on baby instincts in detail and said the process of learning starts as soon as child takes the birth.
The Provincial President hoped that the management will ensure conducive atmosphere, hygiene, safety and security and the prescribed norms set by the competent authority for running such schools.
Dwelling upon the chain of schools, Director, Little Millennium  Akhila Sharma said the idea behind launching such a facility is to develop strong foundation among little ones so that they become lively part of society.
