According to Randhawa various graduate children were trained up in NIS Patiala under PMDP scheme as coaches and they were to be adjusted at various sports fields as coaches, but grievance is such that they are not appointed as per their qualification. Moreover, Jammu sports infrastructure required fresh coaches but still they are not deployed as such.
