SRINAGAR, Oct 24: Ranjeet Singh Chib, Rajesh Chandan and Mohd Ashraf Parray have been elected as president, general secretary and treasurer of J&K Handball Association respectively in a meeting held at SKICC House, here today.
Narendra Mahajan has been elected as chairman while Ashwani Kumar Raina was elected as senior vice president and Ravi Singh and Praval Kumar were elected as vice presidents.
Mohd Yousaf, Sanjeev Singh Jamwal, Kaiser Asror Wani and Rajesh Kapoor were elected joint secretary while Sorab Sharma, Pawan Sharma, Abdul Rouf and Jinder Pal Singh have been nominated as executive members of the Association.
The election was made during the annual general body meeting of Adhoc committee of the Association.
Mohd Iqbal from J&K Olympic Association, Tej Raj Singh from HFI, and Mushtaq Ahmed Zargar from J&K Sports Council were present as observers while KV Singh acted as Returning Officer during the election.
