JAMMU, Aug 2: Rashpaul Verma of Ghagwal in Samba has been appointed as Vice-Chairman of Jammu and Kashmir State Advisory Board for Welfare and Development of the Other Backward Classes (OBCs).
A formal order in this regard was issued today by General Administration Department.
The terms and conditions for the appointment of Rashpaul Verma will be notified separately, says the order.
