Reasi, Aug 11 : Rashtriya Rifles battalion at Bagga under the aegis of Rashtriya Rifles Uniform Force Headquarters based at Reasi in an endeavor to give impetus to Sports and other games in educational institutions located in remote areas, distributed sports items to school.
The school is imparting quality education to 195 students from the higher reaches of Pir Panjal Ranges. The initiative by the battalion is bound to give the students a platform to display their talent in games and sports and compete with their brethren from the rest of the country.
The Principal of the school was thankful to the Army and said that the sports items will encourage students to embrace a game of their choice and will inculcate in them spirit of sportsmanship.
