SRINAGAR, Jan 3: An employee of Roads and Buildings Department died today after being injured while clearing snow in Mattan area of Anantnag district.
A police spokesman said Mohammad Rafiq Bhat son of Ghulam Mohammad of Pazalpora Bijbehara, was injured while cleaning the blades of the snow cutter machine at Kulchar, Mattan.
He was shifted to District Hospital, Anantnag for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries, the spokesman said.
